Delete Expense Category

DELETE https://api.operating.app/v1/expense-categories/{id}

Deletes the expense category with the given id. The category cannot be deleted if it has any expense line items or if it is set as the default expense category.

Expense categories allow categorizing expense line items. Each category can have default values for markup, receipt requirements, and billing behavior.
