Updates a person individual working hours.

Person individual working hours can be used to override the default working hours coming from a site for a person for a specific period of time.

The person id to override the default working hours for.

The start date of the period to override the default working hours for in YYYY-MM-DD. Individual working hours for a single person cannot overlap. Null if indefinite start.

The end date of the period to override the default working hours for in YYYY-MM-DD. Individual working hours for a single person cannot overlap. Null if indefinite end.

A freeform note text to describe the working hours.
