Create Project Rate Card Assignment

Creates a project rate card assignment which is active from today. If a given project already has an active rate card, it is updated to end yesteday.

Project rate card assignments can be used to assign rate cards to projects.

The start of the date range this rate card is valid. If not provided, the rate card will be active from today but two rate card assignments cannot have the same start date. If this is the only rate card assignment for the project, it will be active from the start of the project. The through date will be set automatically to be either the start of the next rate card assignment or the end of the project.
